Lulu Intelligence
Benefits of AI consulting
Why choose us

What you get when the scope is honest from the start

Working with Lulu Intelligence is not about getting a finished AI product. It is about getting a tool that fits the actual work, understood by the people who use it, with documented limits and measurable performance.

Core advantages

Six things we do differently

Reported performance, not estimated

We test with data your system has not trained on and give you the numbers before handing over. That includes where it gets things wrong.

Scope agreed before work begins

Every engagement starts with a written scope. Nothing begins until both parties have signed off on exactly what the work covers and what it does not.

Human control preserved by design

The operator who understands the context keeps the final say. We design for human oversight at the decision points that matter, not for full automation.

Written limits shipped with the tool

Every delivered system comes with a written document describing what it handles, what it partially handles, and what it must not be asked to do.

Client data stays with the client

Your documents and image datasets are used only for the agreed project. We do not train shared models on proprietary data without explicit written agreement.

Direct team, no subcontracting

The team you speak to at the start is the team that does the work. No offshore delivery, no handoffs. Three experienced practitioners, working directly with you.

Expertise

Technical depth in the areas we cover

Our team has worked in machine learning and NLP for a combined eighteen years, across industrial inspection, legal technology, and enterprise data infrastructure. We do not offer general AI strategy — we build and review specific kinds of systems, and we are candid when a request falls outside what we can handle well.

  • Computer vision and image classification for inspection use cases
  • Retrieval-augmented generation and document interface design
  • AI architecture review for planned and in-progress projects

Technology approach
We use the tool that fits the problem, not the tool we know best
We tell you which third-party providers we use and why
We avoid overcomplicated architectures when a simpler one would work
We document the stack so your team can maintain it after handover
Technology

Tools chosen for the problem, not the pitch

We do not have preferred vendor relationships that shape our recommendations. When we choose a model or infrastructure provider, we explain the reasoning. When a simpler approach would produce the same result, we take the simpler approach.

Service quality

Direct access, straightforward communication

You communicate directly with the person doing the work. There is no account manager between you and the engineering team. When something is not going as planned, you hear about it before it becomes a problem, not after.

For conversational interface projects, we run quarterly review sessions with your team in year one. These are working sessions, not status calls — we look at usage data, identify where the system performs well and where it struggles, and discuss whether anything needs adjustment.

What direct service looks like
One contact point throughout the engagement
Updates whenever something material changes
Questions answered without being referred elsewhere
Written deliverable documentation you can actually use
Pricing structure
Computer Vision Tooling AED 3,650
Conversational Interface AED 2,400
Architecture Review AED 540

Prices are fixed for the described scope. Out-of-scope changes are discussed and agreed before proceeding.

Value

Fixed prices, no scope creep

The prices listed are the prices charged for the scope described. We do not add retrospective charges for work we said we would do. If the scope changes — because your needs shift or because we discover something that affects the build — we discuss and agree the new scope and price before proceeding, not after.

How we compare

Typical AI consulting vs Lulu Intelligence

What to look for Typical providers Lulu Intelligence
Performance reporting Demo results, not test set metrics Held-out test evaluation reported honestly
Scope definition Broad proposals, scope defined as work progresses Written scope agreed before any work begins
Limit documentation Rarely included; left to the client to discover Written limits document shipped with every tool
Team access Account manager layer between client and engineers Direct access to the people doing the technical work
Data handling Data policies vary; often unclear what models see Client data used only for agreed project, no shared training
Human control Automation-first design, control as an afterthought Human oversight built in at the decision points that matter

What sets us apart

Three things we do that most AI consultancies do not

Limit documentation included in every delivery

Most AI tools are shipped without any clear statement of where they fail. We include a written document with every delivery that states, plainly, what the system should not be used for. It stays with you.

Quarterly review sessions in year one

For conversational interface projects, we schedule quarterly working sessions with your team in the first year. We review actual usage data together and address issues before they compound.

Architecture reviews in Arabic or English

We conduct architecture review sessions in either language, depending on your team's preference. This is not common among AI consultancies operating in the UAE.
