Three services, three fixed scopes

What we build and how we build it

Three AI services, each with a fixed scope and a fixed price. We describe them plainly, including what they do not cover, so you can decide whether they fit your situation before contacting us.

Our methodology

How every engagement runs

1
Scope conversation
You describe the problem. We ask questions. We define scope together in writing before any work starts.
2
Build phase
We build the system. You are updated when anything material changes. You can ask questions throughout.
3
Evaluation
We test on held-out data, report the actual numbers, and explain the failure modes before you see the system.
4
Handover
We deliver the system with documentation covering what it handles, how it was built, and what it must not be used for.

Service 01

Computer Vision Tooling for Inspection

A targeted vision-based tool for visual inspection in industrial, logistics, or hospitality contexts — counting items, identifying defective units, or flagging unusual conditions in image feeds. The build begins with a careful conversation about what the human operator currently does, where they need help, and where they prefer to remain in control. We then collect or label a small image dataset, build a model, measure its performance candidly, and deliver the tool with the human operator firmly in the loop.

What is included

  • Initial scope conversation to define the inspection task
  • Image dataset collection support or labeling guidance
  • Model build and training on agreed dataset
  • Performance evaluation on held-out test set
  • Handover with written performance and limit documentation

Process steps

  1. Scope conversation — understand the inspection task and operator workflow
  2. Dataset definition — agree what images are needed and how to source them
  3. Data collection and labeling — with your team or independently
  4. Model training and internal evaluation
  5. Client review session — show the results, including failures
  6. Delivery with documentation
Timeline 8–10 weeks
Price AED 3,650
Computer vision inspection
Best suited for
Industrial production lines with visual quality checks
Logistics operations checking incoming or outgoing inventory
Hospitality settings monitoring presentation or compliance
Not included
Real-time video stream processing, integration with existing SCADA or ERP systems, or multi-site deployment are outside this scope and would be separately quoted.

Conversational interface
Best suited for
Corporate teams with large policy or procedure document sets
Legal or compliance teams who need cited, traceable answers
Operations teams who spend time searching internal documentation
Not included
Customer-facing deployment, integration with CRM or ticketing systems, or interfaces handling sensitive personal data with regulatory obligations are outside this scope and require separate engagement.
Service 02

Conversational Interface for Internal Use

A constrained chat interface for internal teams — built on top of the client's own documents, with retrieval and citation, so users can see where the answers come from. We work with the client to define what the interface will and will not respond to, and we build refusal behaviors carefully. The system is reviewed quarterly with the team for the first year, and we document its limits honestly so users know what to expect.

What is included

  • Document indexing — up to 500 pages of client documents
  • Retrieval-augmented generation with visible citations
  • Scope definition — what the interface responds to and refuses
  • Four quarterly review sessions in year one
  • Written limit documentation for end users

Process steps

  1. Document intake — receive and review client documents
  2. Scope definition — agree response boundaries and refusals
  3. Indexing and retrieval setup
  4. Interface build and internal testing
  5. User acceptance review with client team
  6. Delivery and limit documentation
  7. Quarterly reviews (months 3, 6, 9, 12)
Timeline 4–6 weeks build
Price AED 2,400

Service 03

Two-Hour Architecture Review

A two-hour review session with the client's technical leadership, focused on a planned or in-progress AI-related project. We come prepared by reading the architecture documents the client shares in advance, ask candid questions, raise concerns we have, and follow up with a brief written note containing the points we believe deserve further consideration. The session is held in person or by video.

What is included

  • Pre-session review of architecture documents you share
  • Two-hour review session — in person in Dubai or by video
  • Candid questions and concerns raised during the session
  • Written follow-up note within five business days
  • Session can be conducted in English or Arabic

How it runs

  1. You share architecture documents (up to 50 pages) in advance
  2. We review them and prepare questions
  3. Two-hour session — we ask questions, raise concerns, discuss alternatives
  4. Written note with points we believe deserve attention (within 5 business days)
Duration 2 hours + follow-up
Price AED 540
Architecture review session
Best suited for
Technical teams planning an AI system and wanting outside perspective
Leadership reviewing an in-progress AI build that has raised concerns
Teams unsure whether their current AI architecture is fit for purpose
What the follow-up note is not
The written note is a pointed document listing concerns and open questions — not a full technical report or a consulting proposal for further work. Its purpose is to inform decisions, not to create more work.

Shared standards

Protocols that apply to every engagement

Data used only as agreed

Client data is not shared across projects or used to train models outside the agreed scope.

Written scope before work starts

No engagement begins without a written scope document agreed by both parties.

Held-out test evaluation

Performance is measured on data the model has not trained on. Results are reported including the failure cases.

Limit documentation in every delivery

Every system comes with a written document stating what it handles and what it must not be used for.

Human control at decision points

Systems are designed so operators can intervene, override, or stop at the point their judgment matters.

Direct team access throughout

You communicate with the people doing the work. No account management layer between you and the engineers.
